Waiver & Release

I, the undersigned, understand that the training, programs, and events held by Gravit8 Fitness may put me at risk of injury. I understand that there is an inherent risk of injury when participating in a fitness program, and I assume all responsibility for my participation.

I hereby release and discharge Gravit8 Fitness, its trainers, and staff from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of my participation.

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, and I fully understand its terms. I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
